Returns

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items should be in the same condition as when they were received.

  • Non-returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Return in Case of Open Parcel Before Receiving - Ayen By Uzma

We understand that customers might be eager to receive their packages, but we kindly request that you do not open the parcel before it is delivered to you, as doing so may void your return rights.

Policy Regarding Open Parcels:

  • If you open the parcel before receiving it or break the seal on the package, we will not accept the return or exchange of the item.

  • Once the parcel is opened, it is considered accepted, and the return policy will not apply. If you find an issue with the item after opening the parcel, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order upon receipt, but please keep the parcel sealed until you are sure you are satisfied with the condition of the package and the product.
